LLM Entry: Dreaming is Absolutely Free!

Who doesn’t have dreams?

We all dream each night. And I love it. I love it when I remember the last dream I had - sweet and pleasant dreams in particular. I could still remember the very first time I dreamed of kissing my crush on the lips. And she was just no ordinary girl. She was like the hottest girl in the campus! LOL. I knew, it was like a shot to the moon. I was in first year high-school at that time. It felt so real and surreal at the same time.

Each one of us has a dream. Be it realistic or a fantasy. I dream at daytime even when I am awake. As a matter of fact daydreaming is one of my favorite past time. Or you might wanna call it wishful thinking. And it is not wrong. It is just normal to dream of things that you don’t have.

That is why I enjoy solitary moments as that’s the time when dreams come running over my head like restless codes.

"The very substance of the ambitious is merely the shadow of a dream.” William Shakespeare
Dreams or ambitions are normal among normal people. It is said that abnormal individuals or those who are mentally-troubled do not have ambitions in life. How about you? Do you have ambitions in life, dear reader? I bet you have. So dream on! It’s absolutely free! Libre lang mangarap ika nga.

I was taught that daydreaming is useless if we do not set goals to make our dreams come true. I was also taught that goals can be classified into two, the short-term goals and the long term goals.

Short-term goals are goals that are achievable in the near future, let’s say, in a week, in a month, or in a year.

Long-term goals are goals that need excessive effort in order for it to be achieved. These goals have longer-lasting effects to one’s life.

"Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude." - Thomas Jefferson, America 3rd US President

Having said that, I hereby list down my short-term goals and long term goals:

Short-term Goals slash Small Wishes

Wishlist:
• Nikon D-40 digital SLR – I have always loved photography as an art. I love taking photos and capturing different kinds of emotions – joyful group at the park, solitary moment of a stranger by the beach, etc.

• New phone : at least Nokia N95, the latest Blackberry or a Palm Pre Phone will do. Haha! Joke lang! Nasira kasi yung phone ko kaya kahit simpleng phone lang ayos na.

Long-Term Goals:
  • Mansion: It was year 2002 when the typhoon totally shattered our house into pieces. So from that time on, we’ve been renting houses to live in. We have been going around Talisay City for more than 5 years already. And that’s not easy! That is why one of my long-term goal is to buy or build a decent house for my mom and my future family.
  • I want to get a car! Gusto ko yung at least 6 ang seating capacity. hehe
  • Surgery for my scoliosis: The last time I had my back x-rayed was three weeks ago and the result said my scoliosis has progressed badly and now it’s in 31 degrees. Maybe it’s the kind of job that I currently have that’s aggravating my condition. Mahirap kasi maghanap ng ibang job at medyo nakasanayan ko na ang pagiging callboy este call center agent boy! By the way, speaking off, akalain mong marami pa ring nag-sesearch ng “call boys in cebu” na napadpad sa blog ko dahil jan sa first entry kong “I Am A Callboy!” Nalaman ko to through sitemeter.com that’s embedded here on my blogsite. LOL! At marahil dahil half-naked ako jan sa picture ko, (tingin sa itaas, About me section), at dahil naka-display ang e-mail add ko, may mangilan-ngilan ding “mababait na nilalang” nag-i-email sakin at nakikipagkaibigan. Haha. Well, I like getting new friends, it’s not a problem to me. Basta ba malinis ang hangarin mo sa’kin at walang bahid ng pagnanasa ang mga “hi and hellos” mo. LOL. Haha. Thank you. Well, going back to my scoliosis, my physical therapist suggested that if my scoliosis reaches to 35 degrees, I might as well have my back operated. Yes, I’ll have to undergo surgery and that costs a lot. He said it costs around a hundred thousand! God, where on earth will I get that huge amount??! As I mentioned on my previous post, I was not born with silver or a golden spoon in my mouth.
PS: This is my entry to Pareng Otep’s Pa-kontest. His site is entitled “Libre Lang Mangarap! True enough, dreaming is free! So dream on guys! And please leave a comment as many as you can dahil paramihan daw to ng comments! LOL... Thanks guys! I love you. ^_^

And if you care for me and you wanna help me achieve my dreams slash goals. Feel free to…

Biro lang guys, peru pwede din seryosohin. LOL

Flu Vaccine, Skin Allergy and Tags

I got tagged by Bluguy, Lovely, Mizmean and Neex.

2. Get an internet connection at home.
3. Watch X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
4. Learn how to drive a car.
5. Learn how to drive a big bike (motor).
6. Date someone by the seashore at sunset.
7. Get a new physical therapist for my scoliosis.
8. Get back to the gym and work out soon.

Eight things I did yesterday:
1. Woke up at around 9:00 am. No, I was not in my spongebob boxers. LOL
2. Exercising - Stretched, bent, jumped, and jogged from around 9:00 to 10:00 am.
3. Watched MYX while eating breakfast, perhaps around 10:30 am.
4. At around 10:45 to 11:30 am: Bathed and got dressed.
5. Arrived in the office at exactly 12:45 pm. My work starts at 1:00 pm. Yey! Early bird ako! =)
6. The other day, our company clinic blasted an e-mail to all employees asking to confirm their registration for flu vaccination. So yesterday, I went to the 5th floor to have myself vaccinated.
The nurse was kinda cute. She reminds me of Maja Salvador and Kim Chiu rolled into one. LOL
Nurse: “Are you allergic to anything?”
Me: “Yes, I hate to admit it but I’m allergic to needles.” *sabay smile, nagpapa-cute kahit di naman!* LOL
Nurse: “That’s quite common. Don’t worry, I’m not gonna use a needle. It’s called syringe.”
*she smiled back! at biglang parang narinig ko ang kanta ni David Archuleta...*
...U got me hypnotized so mesmerized and I just got to know...
Me: Cool! Okay! Let’s bring it on!
*abot tenga ang ngiti.*

And just when she was about to pierce me with the syringe, buti na lang natauhan ako. Aside from the fact that the syringe has a needle, I remember I have skin allergies pala.
Me: Wait! I have skin allergies pala. Bawal sa'kin ang eggs, crabs, balot, prawns, at kung anu-ano pang seafoods.
LOL. I’m not sure if it made you laugh. Haha.

7. Worked til 10 pm.

8. Went home at 10:15 pm.

Eight things I wish I could do.
1. Drive a car.
2. Get a good and knowledgeable physical therapist.
3. Fly. Literally, I wish I could fly like a bird.
4. Swim like a fish in the oceans.
5. Run very fast like a cheetah.
6. Keep everyone who really matters to me.
7. Have the courage to tell someone how much that someone means to me.
8. Stop myself from falling for the wrong person.
~~~
Like what I always say, it's not compulsory guys! It's all up to you. No pressure.
PS: Thank you Lovely and Bluguy for the blog award! :) I appreciate it so much, beyond words.
Spongebob Boxer Briefs
Today, I had a very bad morning. I woke up at exactly 8:00 AM because it was extremely hot. I felt like I was on fire. No, I felt like I was in an oven. I checked out my electric fan and I could see that the dial is in the ON position. I pressed the light switch. Then the light came on.
“Geezzz! I need a new electric fan!” I blurted.
I went outside and stand along the alley as it was very hot inside our house. I whistled to summon the wind. “Wheoooooooowwww!!” And the wind was obedient. As I was enjoying the morning sunshine, the fresh air and the pleasant music created by the tiny birds, I noticed that every passer by would stare at me for like 2-3 seconds and smile. Then I smiled back. Then they would turn their head away but the silly smiles are still on their faces. Some would crinkle their nose or shake their head while smiling. So, I was like, “Hey what’s going on?”
Then a pretty 19-year-old-girl-next-door shouted, “Hey spongebob looks good on you!” Then, that’s when I realized I got no clothes on except my skimpy spongebob boxer briefs. OMG!!! Geez, what a way to jumpstart my day!
Lesson learned, humarap sa salamin bago lumabas ng bahay! LOL
Tagged for the Nth time
I got tagged again. *sigh* *Feeling sikat na'ko ngayon sunod-sunod na kayang ang tag sa'kin* LOL.
This time by a very pretty nurse named Shel to list down 5 facts about me. I wonder what will I have in return for doing this tag. Hmm.. Kahit vaccine man lang against Swine Flu. Ayos na. Hehe.
I already had a post pretty similar to this and it was also a tag entry. It’s entitled Ten Random Things About Me. Therefore, let me just copy and paste some facts from that post to this entry. Hehe. I hope you don’t mind.
1. I was born in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. We moved back to Cebu when I was 5.
2. I used to be a mommy's boy when I was younger. But as I was growing up, we've had conflicts which created a slight gap between us. But that does not alter the fact that I love my mom so much.
3. I stand 5 feet and 6 inches. I have always been unhappy with my height and I am so obsessed of gaining more height until now. Too bad, CHERIFER is no longer working for me. Please help me!
4. I have a mild thoracic dextroscoliosis 25 degrees. My back looks a little uneven but no, I’m not a hunchback. For more information about scoliosis, visit Wikipedia.com and enter “scoliosis”. Hehe. *wink*
5. One of the movies that made me cry in a movie house was Steven Spielberg's Artificial Intelligence (2001). The movie is basically about a story of a boy robot. It's like a modern Pinocchio movie (as if di nyo napanood, hehe). I was saddened by the fact that he went very far but was not able to accomplish his goal, which is, to look for the blue fairy who can make him a real boy. And that scene wherein his "mom" abandoned him in the woods because they thought he might hurt their real son, oh it's just so heart-breaking.
That would be all for today! Have a great day guys!
We choose how we see people. When we want to like someone, we can be so tolerant. When we want to be irritated by people, we focus on their faults. It's not other people's behavior that determines how we feel about them - it's our attitude. - Anonymous
Ten Random Pet Peeves
Once again, I got tagged. Some bloggers hate it when they are tagged. But for me it’s cool to be tagged especially when I am running out of ideas to write. So keep on tagging me guys. LOL.
Thank you Reesie for the tag.
Just like any other tag, this tag comes with a rule. List down 13 things that you hate or your pet peeves. Be it a person, a thing or a whatever. But I’m too lazy to make it 13, so I was only able to come up with 10.
So here goes my list of random things that I hate.
1. Bullies. They can easily get on my nerves. I think the term is self-explanatory.
2. Smokers. I think they’re selfish. Why? Because they only think about self-pleasure without taking consideration of its harmful effects not only to themselves but most especially to the people around them. I have weak lungs, so I have basis on hating them. It’s a major turn off.
3. Indecent proposals. It’s not that I’m saying that I frequently receive indecent proposals. I know for a fact that I am not the hottest guy in town. I don’t even consider myself hot. But believe it or not, I have received indecent proposals not once and not twice but N-times na!!! LOL! I dunno why. What’s making it more sickening is when such proposal comes from a dirty old gay or from a matrona. haha. Di naman ako mapili, ayoko lang sa amoy lupang bastos o flirt! LOL.
4. Fakers. People who create fake profiles of famous celebrities.
5. Posers. Just like number four, these are the kinds of people who create profiles and not using their own picture. To make it worse, they claim to be the real owner of those pictures.
6. Spam and Scammers. Have you ever received an e-mail saying that you just won a $1,000,000 from an online lottery? Or some deceased Nigerian billionaire wants to transfer their funds to your bank account? Haha! Please delete that e-mail right there and then. Don’t fall into their trap. Remember, if it’s too good to be true, then most likely, it is just a scam.
7. Atheists. I don’t exactly hate them. It just saddens me that some people can not see the fact that God exists. I hate it that they have closed their eyes and sealed their minds from seeing the evidences of a Creator. I don’t like them because they mislead people.
8. Conceited, self-important and insensitive individuals. I think, usually these three characteristics usually come together in one person. When a certain person is conceited, they think they deserve a VIP treatment and they think they’re above everyone else. They do whatever they desire to do without taking consideration what other people would feel. Insensitivity that is.
9. Leeches. Literally, I hate those little creatures that cling to the skin to suck blood and will only go away when they are satisfied. Figuratively speaking, people sometimes behave like leeches do. They would come to you and pretend to be “friends” but the truth is, they only come to you because there is something in you that would be beneficial to them. In other words, they are there for a reason – selfish reasons. They cling to you perhaps because they need you to get their work done. These are the kind of “friends” that evaporates once you’re the one who’s in need. Also, leeches are most likely social-climbers.
10. No common sense slash extremely dumb individuals. These are the kind of people who keeps asking the same thing everyday. Like, “Hey! I don’t know how to send a picture as an e-mail attachment!” Then, as a Good Samaritan as you are, you’d help them and walk them through the process. But then the next day, they have exactly the same problem. And then you teach them again. What if that happens for the third time? Will you not be irritated? Well, okay lang sana if you are dealing with old people or people who hasn’t touched a computer in their whole life ever. But they are just people of your age. The thing is, they are just too lazy to use their common sense. Tsk!
“I must learn to love the fool in me the one who feels too much, talks too much, takes too many chances, wins sometimes and loses often, lacks self-control, loves and hates, hurts and gets hurt, promises and breaks promises, laughs and cries.” - Theodore Isaac Rubin
That's all! Have a great day guys!
Team Building: Island Hopping
"I keep my friends as misers do their treasure, because, of all the things granted us by wisdom, none is greater or better than friendship." Pietro Aretino
Last Saturday, April 18, 2009 our team had finally held our Team Building - something that we've long been waiting for. Due to the majority's choice, our team decided to go for an Island Hopping and Snorkeling. I was very excited to go because I am such a beach-lover. Any activity that involves swimming, the beach, swimming pool, surfing, snorkeling, etc. Just name it - I'm always on the go.
So we were a team composed of 20 persons including our Team Lead (Immediate Supervisor).
At around 9:00 am, we arrived at Mactan Island.
From Mactan Island we had to ride on a boat to go to our 3 island destinations - Hilutungan, Pandanon and Nalusuan.
For a rental fee of Php 3,500, this boat can accomodate 20-30 persons.
Our first island destination was the Hilutungan Island. It is one of the islands in the Olango Reef which is protected by the government as fish sanctuary. This beautiful island is 20 to 30 minutes away from Mactan Island. It is known to be perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving due to abundant corals and tropical fishes. Within 3 to 7 meters you can have fun in feeding the fish, these tropical fishes are friendly that you can feed them with bread and swim together with you. During lowtide the opposite side of the island is bare at low between Olango Reef at knee below you can walk between 5 islands along the reef.
Sadly, there is an entrance fee once you land your feet on the island. So as "kuripot" as we are, we decided to just roam around the island. We stayed there for an hour.
While we were salivating at the sight of the island, the water surrounding it is just equally inviting that we couldn't help ourselves but indulge into the crystal-clear seawater.
Our second island destination was the Pandanon Island. This island is known for its boracay-like white sand. It is 1 hour and 30 minutes away from Maribago, Mactan Island.
This time we intended to land on the island as the beautiful seaview *especially the hot girls and guys* on the island was so irresistible. There's an entrance fee of Php 150 per person. Rental fees of the huts or cottages are ranging from Php 200 to Php 300 each depending on the size.
At around 2:30 pm, we decided to go back to our boat so that we can head ourselves to the next island destination, the Nalusuan Island. If you understand bisaya, you'd probably laugh at the island's name. Nalusuan is probably derived from a cebuano root word "luso" which means male sexual organ. Haha! Don't ask me. I have no idea why that island is having that name.
But then again, there's another entrance fee or landing fee which is Php 200 once you step your feet on that island so once again we decided to stay offshore and just watch the island from a distance.
But hey, don't be sad for us. We enjoyed ourselves by diving and snorkeling. Wheow! My favorite part of the day. Just beware of the jellyfish, they are so itchy! Also, don't forget to apply sunscreen on your skin if you don't wanna end up peeling off some skin the next day.
We were so proud of ourselves, we were swimming at 10-12 feet ocean deep. Hehe. Beat that! I had so much fun. At around 4:30 pm, we decided to go home.
On a sadder note, that would be our last team building together as a team because on May 18, we will be transferred to a different account with probably different set of team mates. Guys, I'm gonna miss you all. See yah around!
Note: Photo credits to Junie Melecio, my officemate for the scenic landscape pictures, the ones without watermarks. Thanks Junie. The ones with watermarks of my blog URL, I took them myself. ^^
What’s Eating You?
It’s been almost a week or a little over a week since my last post. Actually, I already have made two rough drafts for my next entries. And what’s taking me so long to publish them is that I have been a little ambivalent on which entry should I publish first. And until now, I have still yet to decide. Thus, to make a halt on the increasing gap between my last post and my next post, I hereby, publish this “mema”-entry. Note: I got the term from ChaosPilot’s blog entry entitled “MEMA”. Good humor is a tonic for mind and body. It is the best antidote for anxiety and depression. It is a business asset. It attracts and keeps friends. It lightens human burdens. It is the direct route to serenity and contentment. - Grenville Kleiser 1868-1953, American Author
“What’s eating you?”
My 12-year old cousin was asking me, “Kuya, what’s eating you?” I was a little startled with her question, so I was like, “Huh?” Then she said, “Dugay na man ko wa kita nimo… what’s eating you?” (I haven’t seen you for a while, what’s eating you?)
Instead of answering her, I ran to the nearest computer and I made a little research about it. I googled, “what’s eating you?” (Akalain mong mas marami pang alam na figure of speech yung bata, kesa sakin. Tsk tsk!)
I learned that, “What’s Eating You?” can be interpreted as:
* What’s consuming your time lately?
* What’s bugging you?
* What’s making you busy lately?
So, what’s eating me lately?
Basically, these are the things that's currently "eating" me aside from my regular job:
  • Blogging and Bloghopping - I am having fun, aren't you?
  • Pet Society / Facebook
    Do you have a facebook account? If you do, and if you’ve heard about Pet Society, then yes, that’s one of the online games that’s currently consuming my time. Feel free to add me up. Simply search Ray Bajan on facebook and add me up. Thank you.
  • DOTA: Defense of the Ancients is a custom scenario for Warcraft III, based on the "Aeon of Strife" map for StarCraft The objective of the scenario is to destroy the opponents' "Ancient". The two teams' ancients are heavily guarded structures at opposing corners of the map. Players use powerful units known as heroes, and are assisted by allied heroes and AI-controlled fighters called "creeps". As in role-playing games, players level up their hero and use gold to buy equipment during the mission. Source: Wikipedia.com
  • Reading Awake! Magazine: Awake! is a general-interest magazine published by the The WatchTower Organization. The title comes from Mark 13:33 and Luke 12:36. It is considered a companion magazine to The Watchtower which focuses mostly on Bible study and doctrine. Awake! has a wider scope than the Watchtower, publishing articles on science, nature and geography, usually with a religious slant.
  • Chatting with friends online. Most of these online friends are young OFW's. I have always dreamed of working abroad that's why almost every once in a while I give these guys a buzz on YM and ask them about how is it like living and working abroad.
On my next post, I will be featuring some young OFW with a glimpse of their stories.
Unpredictable
Girls are very unpredictable. Maybe that's why they are often times associated with cats. Like cats, girls can be sweet now, mad later! Sometimes they enjoy being touched or stroked but sometimes they scratch you when you do that. Oh, typical girls are just so confusing.
Once again, girls are just so unpredictable. Just like the following girls below. Do you know what they all are doing ???
If not, then scroll-down to find out.
Why do I blog?
I never had any interest in writing. In fact, I suck at this field. I know I don't have the talent and I don't have the discipline. My bad! I used to miss my English classes way back in high-school and college. I used to think English is just a "minor" subject, not as important as Biology or Physics. I remember during my elementary years when we had to compose an essay in a formal theme. Argh! Ang ginagawa ko noon, nagpapa-cute ako sa teacher ko at tinatanong ko kung pwedeng assignment na lang. Tapos ipapagawa ko sa ate ko. Pag di naman nag-work yung pagpapa-cute ko eh, pinapagawa ko na lang sa katabi ko yung formal theme. Haha! Astig di ba? May personal secretary.
Ngayon na-realize ko na sana pinagbuti ko yung ganung mga essay writing na yon e di sana mas magaling ako magsulat ngayon. Peru ayos lang ika nga, it's never too late to learn.
Nung una, pampalipas oras lang to. After the wicked IT guys blocked Friendster, Myspace, Facebook and Multiply in the office, I thought blogging would be another way for me to cure boredom.
Well, it actually started like "Oh, everyone else is doing it. And they're enjoying it, so maybe I should do it too." One of these people that I personally know is Glenn/Gavin/Maldito. Just a bit of information guys, Maldito and I are officemates. Haha! He keeps telling me not to disclose that information, perhaps he fears that it might unfold the "mystery" of him as an anonymous blogger. heheh. Sorry Gavin, I just did. Don't worry, I know your readers will love you even more. Peace bai! ;)
Seriously, I thought, it would be worth it to share thoughts with some of the articulate digital self publishers known as "bloggers." Little did I know it would turn into a hobby. Little did I know that I'd gain friends and get a little "emotionally-attached" with them. Haha.. Yeah mushy! I know. But seriously guys, I appreciate all the kindness you have shown me here in the blogosphere.
Now I've just realized, I blog because I want to stay connected with you all - the most wonderful people in this virtual world.
This is my 21st entry and I would like to take this opportunity to say "I thank you guys!" for all your comments on my posts, they serve like proof that you, veteran and non-veteran bloggers (like me), acknowledge my existence in this virtual world. And that means a lot to me already. I would like to make a special mention of the following bloggers who has touched the softest part of my.... uhhm heart.
  • Rye aka FlaminDevil. For all your inspiring posts. For being a very friendly blogger and for always giving positive comments on my entries. You have no idea how much your entries made me jealous of your talent. Your writing style seems simple yet creative, very well-written and sincere. No wonder why the number of your readers are increasing day by day. ;)
  • Kris the ex-PROSETITUTE, but now known as theCHAOSPilot. For being one of the first commenter on my first entry. His superb way of writing makes me envious, haha, how I wish I could write that well.
  • Dencios. Another cool guy, and not to mention, gwapong-gwapong blogger (again, like me.. hehe) who never fail to give uplifting comments. I really appreciate that.
  • Winkie. Have I told you, I love your style of writing? Parang casual lang peru effective. Like, it shows your bubbly spirit and the effect to me is refreshing. Thank you talaga.
Teka, nakakapagod mambola... hehe. At dahil I'm running out of time, kasi nasa internet shop lang ako dahil rest day ko ngayon, mamadaliin ko na to. Naputulan kasi ako ng internet sa bahay.
I sincerely thank you guys for being so cool in an awesome way:
Azul, Abrel, Bluguy, Cindy, Desza, Jaja, Kokoi, Kris Jasper, Lion Heart, Mac, Marah, Markey, Payatot, Ron Turon, Ron (thecoffinrock), Vanvan, Wilfred. Sa lahat ng nasa Friendslist/Bloglist ko. heheh. Pasensya na sa hindi na-mention hehe.
Marami pa akong kakaining bigas, and I'm more than willing to learn not only to eat but to cook as well.
PS: I wish we could meet someday.
How to Make a Baby
Just another funny story that, again, I got from an officemate. This is so funny check this out!
The Smiths were unable to conceive children and decided to use a surrogate father to start their family. On the day the proxy father was to arrive, Mr. Smith kissed his wife goodbye and said, 'Well, I'm off now. The man should be here soon.'
Half an hour later, just by chance, a door-to-door baby photographer happened to ring the doorbell, hoping to make a sale. 'Good morning, Ma'am', he said, 'I've come to...'
'Oh, no need to explain,' Mrs. Smith cut in, embarrassed, 'I've been expecting you.'
'Have you really?' said the photographer. 'Well, that's good. Did you know babies are my specialty?'
'Well that's what my husband and I had hoped. Please come in and have a seat'.
After a moment she asked, blushing, 'Well, where do we start?' 'Leave everything to me. I usually try two in the bathtub, one on the couch, and perhaps a couple on the bed. And sometimes the living room floor is fun. You can really spread out there.' 'Bathtub, living room floor? No wonder it didn't work out for Harry and me!'
'Well, Ma'am, none of us can guarantee a good one every time. But if we try several different positions and I shoot from six or seven angles, I'm sure you'll be pleased with the results.' 'My, that's a lot!', gasped Mrs. Smith 'Ma'am, in my line of work a man has to take his time. I'd love to be In and out in five minutes, but I'm sure you'd be disappointed with that.'
'Don't I know it,' said Mrs. Smith quietly. The photographer opened his briefcase and pulled out a portfolio of his baby pictures. 'This was done on the top of a bus,' he said.
'Oh, my God!' Mrs. Smith exclaimed, grasping at her throat. 'And these twins turned out exceptionally well - when you consider their mother was so difficult to work with.' 'She was difficult?' asked Mrs. Smith
'Yes, I'm afraid so. I finally had to take her to the park to get the job done right. People were crowding around four and five deep to get a good look' 'Four and five deep?' said Mrs. Smith , her eyes wide with amazement. 'Yes', t he photographer replied. 'And for more than three hours, too.
The mother was constantly squealing and yelling - I could hardly concentrate, and when darkness approached I had to rush my shots. Finally, when the squirrels began nibbling on my equipment, I just had to pack it all in.'
Mrs. Smith leaned forward. 'Do you mean they actually chewed on your, uh...equipment? ' 'It's true, Ma'am, yes.. Well, if you're ready, I'll set-up my tripod and we can get to work right away.' 'Tripod?' 'Oh yes, Ma'am. I need to use a tripod to rest my Canon on. It's much too big to be held in the hand very long.'
Mrs. Smith fainted.
His wife being eight months pregnant, poor husband has had to sleep on the floor and this had made him desperate for sex.
One night as she lay on the bed, she glances at him and sees the poor guy curled up on the floor, eyes staring widely into the empty air.
Feeling sorry for her husband, she takes her wallet and fishes out P500 and gives it to him. “Here, take this and go to the woman next door, and she will let you sleep with her tonight. But remember that this happens only once, okay? Don’t ask me to do this again.”
The husband rolls his eyes in disbelief, but afraid that she might change her mind, grabs the money, and leaves quickly.
A few minutes later, he returns, hands the bill back to the wife, and says with much disappointment, “She said this is not enough, she wants P600.”
The wife’s face slowly turns red with anger. “Damn that bitch! When she was pregnant and her husband came over here, I only charged him P500!”
